Luca Giordano 142 is in the heart of the Vomero neighbourhood, in a pedestrian area, where you can stroll pleasantly among shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

Cultural interests

It is a particularly interesting neighbourhood, which offers several artistic, historical and cultural itineraries. It is possible to visit the Museum of the City, located in the astonishing Certosa di San Martino, well-known for the Presepi collection. Furthermore, you can visit one of the three main castles of the city: Castel Sant’Elmo, with its amazing view of the gulf and the historical centre. Finally, there is the impressive and picturesque park of Villa Floridiana, which houses the Museum Duca di Martina, famous for its large collection of chinaware.

Transports

Our b&b is strategically located 2-minute walk from the subway (Line 1, Quattro Giornate station), with which you can reach in 15 minutes the heart of the historical centre as well as Piazza Garibaldi rail station.
Moreover, with a pleasant walk of 10 minutes through the pedestrian via Luca Giordano, it is possible to reach the “funiculars”, that connect to the most famous places of the city and its splendid seafront.
Furthermore, public transport from Vomero allow to reach Fuorigrotta neighbourhood (San Paolo Stadium, the Oltremare exhibition) and the hospital area in about 20 minutes.

Restaurants and clubs

The Vomero is a lively neighbourhood full of bars and restaurants, but we would like to suggest to our guests our favourite ones, near the residence, where we like to have coffee, eat a pizza or have a glass of wine!
